... I totally agree with DSR2010. I had the the spinal and femoral bloc and it was a cake walk in recovery. My femoral bloc lasted almost 24 hours and I had medium scale pain (5-6) for only about an hour as they transitioned me to oral pain meds. Hopefully your back issues won't limit this option.
