... Hey - just saw this! CYBERGROOVE: I would NOT do both knees at one time. It is way too much energy just to get one knee better. I would do your worst knee first as you'll need all the good parts to get through through. It's physically demanding to have all of your weight on your "good" knee and hip...which yes, could potentially put some pressure there. I suggest... (17 replies)
