Not sure if you've had an arthroscopy before but in terms of surgery they are a breeze if it's a simple diagnostic arthroscopy with removal of the loose body. ... Hi Delores, Your xray will almost certainly show some wear and tear at your not so old age if you have it done. Now with loose bodies the pain usually comes on very quickly and goes but not so quickly most likely becaused it has caused irritation in the joint. ... (1 replies)
