Chronic Knee Pain

Weak knees

... What you have described is not as rare as you think. It is a subluxing patella which means that your kneecap pops out of place. I had that problem for three years. The popping and crackling that you are having is probably cartilage under your kneecap that is torn. ... (2 replies)
