Pain after 1 years

... went away. So finally he done a scope and soon realized I had a torn MCL AND ACL. Plus no cushion between the joings and lots of blood. So I had to have a total knee done. Which it will be 1 year in February. The problem is the pain is worse then before. ... (0 replies)

... is bad is once you are feeling better.. and get all cocky ... thinking wow I'm doing things I haven't done in years.. I'm all better... NOT... lol. So I'm doing my stairs.. and back to the exercises I did in the beginning especially the flex ones and the quad ones.. can't wait for the weather to warm up.. ... (519 replies)

... Well i just saw him last Tuesday, and he wanted me back in a year. So my physio therapist wanted to see my family doctor but shes on vacation. So in the long run seeing my surgeon would be the best way to go. ... (11 replies)
