... Pool workouts are great! I have not gotten back in the pool since surgery, but did a lot of water aerobics, swimming and exercising in the pool at home and at the Y prior to surgery. It was the only place that I could exercise without pain. I was in a class with several TKR patients who loved it. ... (519 replies)
