... I can't imagine flying until it no longer hurts to sit a spell. For me that was 4 months. If you sit while it's still quite uncomfortable you have to deal with swelling the next day that doesn't go down for many days. ... (6 replies)

... Once you are up and moving after surgery... if you have stairs available.. just walk up and down them a couple times a day.. the bending of the knee will help both your ROM and your extension. ... (519 replies)
