... that is not a risk for many reasons... you need to have a greater exchange of fluids, precum would not hold enough hiv in it to infect you and that exchange must occur directly into your blood steam usually by infected blood add in the fact hiv dies quickly with contact with air plus you are only guessing that hiv even exists in the person you were with. expect...
