... I cleaned everything really well: bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen. I figured I wouldn't be up to cleaning for a few months. I was right. I made sure the fridge, pantry, and freezer were well stocked. Hubby doesn't like grocery shopping. ... I bought one of those GrabIt thingies (a GOpher?). I used it to pick things up from the floor (can't stoop or lean over) and to reach for things that would have been a bit of a stretch. I still use it for various things. I love that thing! (5 replies)

I thought of another thing I did to help my hubby out.....I got all of my comfy P.J.'s and put them into a laundry basket & when my husband did the laundry, all he had to do was to put the few things I would wear there. That made it easy for both of us & I did not have to open my heavy dresser drawers or go through my closet to be able to change my clothes. That was a huge... (5 replies)
