A total hyst with removal of the ovaries would be a TAH/BSO..any endo you still have..and it can be everywhere as you know..would react if you still had your ovaries to the hormonal changes each can still have estrogen stored in your body that could be causing endo to flare up, but usually they take your ovaries if you...
