Honestly- I wouldn't even worry about it. Some babies learn quickly others don't. It doesn't mean one has a problem and the other is fine. In either aspects.

Things change with babies so quickly. One day they will have a favorite thing the next day they want nothing to do with it. My son who is 13 mos loves to bang his head on the wall. Why? Who in the heck knows. It's not hard, but he thinks it's the funniest thing to do. He just started walking after his first birthday. It took about 2 weeks for him to really walk unassisted. He gets around great now. I see him get frustrated when he can't figure something out or just when it's not what he wants.

Again, try not to worry. If it's ADD you won't really be able to tell til later. Usually kids are behind with things when they have that. He's 13 mos, imagine all the things to explore, touch, taste, play with- this huge world - things can get frustrating sometimes or just a lot of fun and exciting. My son has done the rocking thing, but he thinks its fun.
