Re: How much is normal?

I read just recently in one of my many baby oriented magazines (sorry I don't remember which one) that babies have growth spurts at around 10 days old, 3 weeks and 6 weeks. That was helpful for me when DS would seem to always be hungry around those times. He's 7 weeks now and he was eating 5 ounces religoiusly for a week and a half and was on a good 4 hour schedule. Then earlier this week he would wake up after 2 hours and be hungry. We started feeding him 6 ounces and it's much better. Sometimes he eats it all and sometimes he leaves 1/2 oz or so. I personally think it's very hard to overfeed a baby as they will stop when they are full. Good luck. :)
