Is it like tiny bumps and red? DD had that too and other problems until I changed her formula and finally it all went away. It could be a number of things. Detergent, formula (If you aren't BF), or a heat rash. DD it was really notiecable when she got mad or hot. As the mucus I don't know what that is. Right now DD has something really really red under her neck. I don't know if it's from spitting up and I don't know like maybe at night or what. I put Balmex on it on Sunday and it is just a little pink now. Good luck and if I were you I'd call the Dr. :angel:
