How much baby food should she be eating?

My daughter is 6 months old. How much and how often should she be eating baby food? Also, how much formula should she take per feeding? Shes gaining weight well *15 lbs 8 oz, she was 8 lbs 12oz when she was born* but I just want to be sure I am striking a good nutritional balance.
