My son seems to have cought an oh so lovely viral infection from that wonderful place called daycare. It started off with a slight rash around his mouth then moved to the 24 hour fever, now 2 weeks later he still has a runny nose and the skin irritation around the sides of his mouth, looks like tiny baby acne. of course his pediatrician isn't going to help up me any because she is evil and I am switching doctors right now. Is there anything I can do, or put on the rash that might help it? It isn't spreading, nor is it itchy to him. It really looks like tiny red dots on the sides of his mouth, it isn't horrible, but it is unsightly. I've had it with the doctor telling me I need to just leave it alone and let the viral thing "run it's entire corse" any suggestions would be great. Thanks
