Infant Care (up to 18 months old) Board Index

Hi everyone,

I have an 11 month old DD, the last week or so she's begun to refuse her formula. If we sit with her and hold the bottle for her, like we did when she was a newborn, she'll take about 2-3oz (of a 6 or 7 oz bottle), but it takes 30-40 minutes for her to get 2-3 oz. She's not refusing any other food during the day, and while we continue to attempt with the formula 4xs per day is it ok to start giving her whole-milk with her meals (since she just throws her formula to the ground?) She'll drink water and she will also drink juice cups (3/4 water 1/4 juice) but if she tastes formula she just throws it to the ground. I'm just thinking rather than having a water or juice cup, a milk cup with meals would be healthier...

Just wondering..
