It took Grace forever to figure that out. I wouldn't worry too much. I never really tried to push her to do it, she just figured it out one day. I can't remember how old she was, but I would say about 8 months. We were at a wedding tonight, and some friends of ours have an 11 month old who still does not feed herself.
