what should i feed my baby who is 8 month old
My son is now almost 11 months old. At 8 months, he was drinking 4 6 oz. bottles of formula a day, and eating 2-3 stage 2 baby foods. We usually fed him a bottle as soon as he woke up, then about 3-6 tablespoons of baby oatmeal (depending on how much he wanted, which changed). Then he would have another bottle around lunch, with a stage 2 fruit, then a bottle in the early evening, with a stage 2 veggie, then sometimes in the late eveing he would eat another2-3 tablespoons of baby oatmeal (didn't always eat this), then a bottle before bed. Babies are different and that's just what worked for my son, but he's a very normal size (50% for weight and 75% for height).
My daughter is 10 months and is basically on all table food. She does the baby oatmeal with one fruit in the morning or sometimes a baby yogurt and cherrios. I usually give her a bottle about an hour later (8 0z), then lunch, bottle (8 oz) and snack around 3 - 4, dinner and another bottle just before bed. Whatever works for your baby. She was eating table food at 9 months. She is 90% height and weight. good luck
