My first answer would be yes, I lasted around 4 weeks post c - section and clots after a baby are normal. I'm not sure what you mean by tubal though.
Your body has to get rid of the rubbish post baby. The clots and length are normal. Give yourself time.
However again if your worried talk it over with a health visitor or doc ot nurse.#
