... Good morning. It's so cool to see how everyone's babies are growing. Aside from the big scare with DS he's healthy as could be according to the Docs. We had his six week checkup and visited the nurse this week. ... (62 replies)
... er, your baby slept with you, ate with you, listened to you, an rode with you for 40 weeks. She has only been on the oustside for 5 short weeks. It can take some babies just as much time on the outside, as they were on the inside, to get used to being "alone". ... (12 replies)
... DH and I were having a hard time putting DS to sleep starting at week 3 and he'd keep us up all night which we all know can be super crazy. ... (12 replies)

... I breastfed all my babies for an entire year. Neither got up to nurse in the night at 9 months, let alone 3 months..maybe. ... (10 replies)
... Yeah.... that's a tough one..... Okay, it's not really. I'm sorry, I really do understand the desire to be with your babies, and cuddling them at night is always special, but your husband is right. ... (5 replies)
... Thanks for the info. I am at my wits end. I will be asking my dr. a lot of questions when I go. ... (21 replies)
... s waking himself up. My DD loves to be swaddled and I can give her her paci and leave her lying on her back or side and she will sleep very well. I think alot of babies don't sleep so well on their backs because they have little control over their limbs and the back sleeping position makes them flail and squirm. ... (18 replies)
... Christine, I am so jealous that the pacifier works so well for your daughter! Sometimes it does for my DS, but often it does not. DS is not too good at soothing himself back to sleep and he often ends up crying if I try to ignore him. That is when he ends up in bed with me! ... (17 replies)
... okay too. Poor little guy had to get his shots yesterday. He was really angry because they had to weigh and measure him before he got the shot so since he was screaming already, I'm not even sure he noticed the needle. He had no problems yesterday, same as he always is. ... (62 replies)
... infant board. I barely have time to get online any more. Tala is still struggling with digestive issues and doesn't sleep well. She gets up two or three times at night still. She isn't always hungry when she wakes up though. ... (466 replies)
... Some babies take longer to sleep "through the night" than others, and YES, teething does interfere with that. ... (17 replies)
... Now he wakes up several times in the night. He doesn't usually cry but you can here him thumping his legs around. Last night about an hour and a half after he went to sleep, he woke up screaming. We can only assume he had a little nightmare. He never does that at night. ... (21 replies)
... uch more than Ava does. I'm guessing she's eating about 3 oz per feeding...but we breastfeed still, so I'll never know for sure. When we give her a bottle of EBM at night, we give her 3 oz still, and it takes a lot of patience to get her to eat all 3 oz. ... (62 replies)
... I think all babies go through stages, I remember my son went through a stage like that nothing would make him happy and so agitated at night but then I realized he was teething. ... (4 replies)
... Hi Orange, ds is wearing size 1's. He was 9lbs 15ozs at birth and 9lbs 9ozs when we were discharged and he never really fit into a newborn! His size one's allow for more "explosion" room! ... (250 replies)
... I am so glad to hear your little one is so good for you! My ds is too. He sleeps 4 to 5 hours at a time at night so I usually get about 7 or 8 hours of sleep. He eats more during the day though. He "cluster" feeds a lot in the evening. ... (250 replies)
... BooBoo, Kaden is pretty good at night, he falls asleep while nursing then I just move him to his crib, I guess I am lucky that he does fall asleep and I am able to move him without having to walk or rock him, but early mornings he doesn't do as well with that, I don't like him in bed with me either, but I don't fall asleep, I rest...I'm too scared to fall asleep, or maybe... (466 replies)
... So the reason he is waking up at night is because he is hungry. The milk is no longer sufficient food for a 14 month old. ... (1 replies)
... and he constantly was spitting up!!! .....Come to find out that he had developed an allergy to the 'milk protein' from the 'MILK' based formula. I was told that babies intestines are not fully developed, and they can't digest the milk protein, and if you expose it to them too early they can develop an allergy to it! ... (6 replies)
