... I think my 8 week old is teething! I know this sounds kinda early, but I tried to think of everything else that it could be. He's been exibiting just about all the signs of teething.. pulling EVERYTHING towards his mouth so he can "chew", very fussy and sometimes running a low grade fever and some drooling. ... That would be very early. My book says that teething starts usually around 7mo, but some can start as early as 3-4mo. Maybe she is doing that for comfort. My DS is 8wks old and just started puting his fist in his mouth too, which is nice b/c maybe he will now be able to comfort himself if I'm there w/ the pacifier. (6 replies)
... My DD is 7 weeks and already has a little hard nub on her gum. My DS was 2.5 months when he started teething (early I know) but she isn't even 2 months. She was SCREAMING all day long and NOTHING I did helped. She is constipated as well so that's all I thought it was. Oh no no.
