... Don't force the formula! Try goats milk. It's what I used in conjunction with breast feeding. If you really want the formula, try at bedtime mixed with some mashed up fruits and/or vegetables so that your girl goes to sleep on a full stomach. Hope that helps! Good luck. :) (3 replies)

... Hello, I have 2 children, one is 3 and one 7 months, I can't remember when I started giving my older son table-type foods. Toast, bananas, biter biscuits etc... I have been giving her frozen grapes/melon/apples in one of those feeder bags with the net and she likes that. She has 2 bottom teeth and has the chewing thing down, she sits up.
