I found the flyer my nurse practitioner gave me for my LO regarding meals so here goes:
From 9-12 months
Formula/milk 3-4 servings per 24 hrs
Offer iron fortified cereals
Introduce other plain cereals,bread,rice ,pasta 8-10 tablespoons per day
Offer mashed or diced cooked veg 6-10 tablespoons per day
Offer soft fresh fruit, peeled, seeds removed... (4 replies)

... My son picked up the stomach bug last night. I heard it is going around. I also had problems getting pedialite and water in him. However, he seemed kind of hungry. THe nurse told me I can do half formula and half pedialite - but a very small amount of each (like 2 oz. total) every hour and a half or so. I am going to try it. ... y, sleep, your choice. So there are 3 long naps and one catnap in the afternoon, no too long or she won't go to sleep. From what I understand the 3 naps go up to 9 months. ... (6 replies)
