It was devastating when I heard about this! I go by 'don't believe everything you read' though, but I take everything in and try moderation: ([url][/url]) - I haven't completely cut soy out as I love some of the products and need protein, but I have cut down and supplemented with Quorn, peanut butter, nuts and eggs (ugh - I didn't eat eggs before, but felt that I would do what I could to better my own eggs) - it's better than eating meat! Quorn is a recent item I used to only be able to find in Ireland/England, so I'm very glad I can now find it in whole foods stores.

Are you on IUI or IVF? I'm doing IVF, have high FSH and am a fairly poor responder, but last cycle they put back 3 top notch (1-8 cell, 1-7 cell and 1-4 cell) embryos - don't know if it had to do with anything I had been eating, but my RE was pleased with the results (I wasn't because it ended with a BFN, but I guess we have different goals).

You should also be able to do a search on google too - there are a couple of sites that I've found in the past similar to this one.
