Yes, very hard not to think about it all the time. And of course, you pay so much attention to every little thing going on with your body trying to figure out if its a sign one way or the other! It's enough to drive a person nuts!! I try to convince myself every month that I'm not pg and then when I'm late, that little hope kind of creeps in there anyway!! It's hard to keep getting disappointed so you try not to set yourself up for it but it's tough not to when you're still hopefully. :)
I'm on day 28 today, my cycle is normally so irregular though that it's hard to tell when AF will show up. Some people have said their cycles got longer with Clomid - did that happen for you as well? Were they more regular? Have been having cramps on and off for about 4 days though and that is unusual. Usually, I have them the day before and then really strong the morning of. I've been trying to eat better lately so not sure if it's something in my diet or what. Guess will just have to wait and see. Do you know if you always get AF about 14 days after you ovulate? I noticed that it can be longer than 14 days for me from the time the ovulation sticks peaked to when AF comes. Wonder if this is another piece of the puzzle....will have to ask my doctor about that I guess.
I didn't really have too much trouble with the Clomid, was only on 50 and this was my first round. I did have some hot flashes but that was it. I was scared I was going to get really moody because I had people from out of town staying with us that week and had a surprise b-day party for my husband that weekend too. Luckily, I didn't seem to have any trouble except for the hot flashes though. It sounds like some people have a lot of problems on it. At least your hubby knows it's for a good reason, not just being impatient with him for the fun of it! ;-)
Anyway, best go get a few things done. I'll let you know if anything happens with me and be crossing my fingers for you too!

Good morning,

How was your weekend? I see that you have been having fun trying to stay calm and wondering about every little detail ;) Gosh, I can so understand how you are feeling! Hang in there, only a few more days until you find out :)

Where are you from? We are in NY state and the weather has been cold and rainy all weekend. We were hoping for sunshine so that we could go walk somewhere, but we stayed home instead. Summer is taking forever to come. Hopefully next weekend will be better.

I am sorry to hear that you are having cramps. Nothing too bad, I hope? I have had that as well with the clomid. Everytime I wondered if it could be implantation or anything else related to pregnancy; most of the times AF showd up but once, as you know it, I was pregnant. So I think it is like everything else; it can be a pregnancy symptom or it can also be caused by clomid. Sucks, doesn't it? Dont you whish they had a definite answer for us sometimes?!

My cycles are still not perfectly regular (30-35 days... still much better). At least it's easier than 20-60 days ;) I NEVER get AF 14 days after O; it usually takes 10-12 days for me, even with clomid. I have always wondered if maybe that was a problem but it did not seem to concern my RE before. I will see what this new doctor says in July. When do you see your doctor again?

A suprise birthday party?! Cool! I think you said that your husband turned 30, right? Good for you about not having mood swings ;) That is the one biggest reason why I dont want to take clomid again; it has been rough on me. But you do have one thing right; it's the least my husband should endure considering all we go through to get pg, HEHE!

Well, I better go if I want to get anything done today.

Let me know how things are for you :) It would be wonderful if the first try was a hit for you :D
