Re: Clomid question
Oct 22, 2004
Sorry to say I took clomid for 6 months and nothing. You really need to have all information before you take it because it will only help people with ovulation problems. Alot of doctors (including mine) will put women on the pill without having all the facts. Were you charting before you started taking it? Do you know if you O'd regularly? If you have low progesterone it may help with that but a progesterone pill or cream would be more effective for it. Some of the side effects of clomid are super sore boobs, moodiness, cramps, tiredness and bloating. Alot of which are 2ww symptoms anyways but they will seem more heightened. If you're not charting then it may be a good idea to start so you can pinpoint when you ovulate so you have better chances. My doctor assumed I O'd on CD14 which after alot of research and charting I found wasn't true for me. I O between CD 17-19 so I was always missing my window. Silly doctors! Good luck to you and I do know many women who have gotten preggo with clomid and I hope it works for you! Good Luck!
