Give me the straight goods on IVF.

Hi everyone. Well, we've tried almost everything and it looks like it's time to pull out the big guns: IVF. Our doctor has said that she doesn't put much faith in IUIs in our situation (primary male factor: low motility, poor morphology and DNA fragmentation), and that with my seemingly hospitible environment we're looking at up to a 70% chance of success with IVF. That's pretty good odds, isn't it? I have to admit though, I'm petrified. What I'd love is to hear from someone who has gone through this what to expect. Drugs, mood swings, weight gain -- tell me everything. Thanks in advance.
