Sakthi- I am currently taking vitex, but this will be my first full month. I started last month but in the middle. I also heard a lot of success from it. Along with Raspberry leaf tea. From the posts I've read about vitex, it should be taken after AF starts, til when you O. I hope this is the correct info. Does anyone out there know more about vitex?
