I'm in a similar situation (male factor). We've decided, after about 1.5 years of trying, to skip the IUIs and move right to IVF with ICSI. We don't have insurance, so it'll be be a financial drain, but 4 IUIs with only a 10% expected success rate (that's over 4 tries, not 10% chance per try) is just too low for me to spend 4 months and $2000+. I understand your decision to try IUI first though. I hope you have success.
