I'm usually more of a pessimist myself (believe it or not). Especially early on in IF. But I have found I just [I]feel [/I]better if I'm more positive. And you know, last night I was looking at all my hormone levels etc that I have on the computer (my RE's office also posts all my results to view with a password), and I realized that last month, all my hormones were better than they'd ever been. And last month was the month I tried all this positive thought, visualization, relaxation CD's, yoga, etc. I had also a pretty nice uterine lining for me, formed lots of follicles, amazing estrogen levels, lowest FSH level ever, and best progesterone level ever. This month I'm sorta indifferent and my levels are not nearly as good as last month...just sorta average to below average for me. So, it makes you wonder--how much affect did all that positive attitude and visualization play? Dunno, but I think I'll try it again next month if this month is BFN and maybe throw in some acupuncture. Of course I'm hoping despite my so-so levels this month that I get a BFP. Who knows, it can't hurt. :)
