I'm sorry you and your DH got bad news yesterday but I wish you luck with IVF. I haven't had to do this yet but my understanding is that motility and morphology help the sperm swim to and then penetrate the egg. When they don't have both the chances of that happening are very low. With ICSI, after your egg retrieval, your RE will "inject" the sperm straight into your egg so it will fertilize, then place it back inside of you. This takes all the swimming and penetrating out of it so you should have a great chance at this working. Good luck on your next steps.
