good luck with your trigger shot, just 2 more hrs to go. Its not bad at all.
14 follies is a good number and as you mentioned this is your first IVF cycle so one can't expect many. I remember getting 14 on my first IVF cycle too.
Retrieval is going to be pretty painless as you will be under sedation and don't feel any pain at all. May be little bit of cramping and spotting after the retrieval but trust me nothing is soo bad.
