I got pregnant last month on 150 Mg clomid CD 3-9 and then I took metformin 750mg and prednisone 5mg after CD 21 and unfortunatly it ended in MC but no relation to the clomid I have other troubles that my Dr. is looking for. I took clomid 3 months the first 50mg the second 100mg and the 3rd 150mg and got a BFP.
My sister-in-law got pregnant with identical twins on Clomid (not sure of the dosage), and they are 10 years old now. As for me, Clomid never made me ovulate, and I took it from 50mg all the way to either 150mg or 200mg. So, I guess it's different for everybody.

I got pregnant on 50mg clomid after 4 cycles, which also ended in a M/c but also nothing to do with clomid, mine and DH's chromesome did not gel properly. Do not give up hope you might be the lucky one.

Good luck and loads of baby dust your way:angel:

If I am not pregnant this time, I'll start my 3rd round of Clomid. Here's the thing - my last 2 rounds were around this same time last year. I did 1 round of 50mg & 1 round of 100mg.

Does it tend to work better if you do it continuously? If so, I think I'll be contacting our Dr's as these our supposedly our last 2 chances to take the Clomid. Also, they dropped me back down to 50mg. I'm ticked. (although I hope I did get pregnant on my own; I have PCOS, not sure how big my chances are but I did notice EWCM last Tuesday)

Anyone with experience of the Clomid have any clue about what I've just asked? Also, they'll have me taking these next 2 rounds (unless PG) CD's 3-7. The other 2 rounds last year I did, the first was 3-7 and the 2nd was 5-9. Neither did anything for me. I'm fed up and frustrated, lol.
