I agree with Mapia - success rates with IUI can be in the 20%'s. As for the sperm count numbers, if the numbers are too low, the offices won't even consider doing the IUI, so your numbers sound still acceptable. My husband's numbers are also low, due to testicular cancer/radiation/surgery, but our 3rd round of IUI was successful for a short period. As for there being 2 eggs, it means that 2 of them hopefully will be released, and there will be 2 'targets' for the sperm which will hopefully increase the odds. If both of them get fertilized, that could mean twins.
