Mum, Welcome, I hope your journey here is short and sweet. I would never had made it through my 2 IVF's without these girls. They are a lifesaver and before long you will feel like each one is your friend. I also have Stage 3 endo....had cysts removed a year ago in Oct. I was also put on femara to suppress the remaining endo for 6 mos. before moving to IVF last July. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant with twin girls, and another board member Jsquared also suffered endo and I think she is about 30 weeks pregnant. IVF has great success rates with endo so I think we will be celebrating your BFP very soon. Take good care of yourself.....IVF can be very rough but the positive pregnancytest is worth it in the end. I agree with everything they said, the mock transfer is just like an IUI and the ER is easy since you are put to sleep. Good Luck :angel:AimeeM
