Don't want to lose hope yet!

Hello Everyone. I am new to this forum, but have read a lot of the older threads. I am 41 yrs old and currently 14dp3dt on my first IVF cycle. I started cramping and brown discharge yesterday, sometimes also a little red but no clots. It feels like AF and had a negative hpt this morning. :( I was wondering if anyone else has ever had the same symptoms but still come up with a BFP. My nurse tells me to think positive and wait for beta results (tomorrow), but I am losing hope. Would love to hear something good from someone who has been there!!
