... I haven't had any IUI's, but I did have a blocked tube, so maybe I can offer you some advice. My opinion only, but...I think you should request a laparoscopy before going through anymore IUI's. An IUI will not work if your tubes are blocked. ... (11 replies)

... I feel your pain. All I have to say is, demand a diagnosis. I have had terrible cramps my whole life. I have had heavy bleeding and cramps so bad that I would vomit every single month. BS HMO blue MAss.. but we had bcbs out of virginia though..And good old virginia DOESN'T PAY anything toward fertility treatment...except 1 IUI that was covered..My hub spent hrs..literally HOURS with these incompetent idiots on thephone..getting all these diff. stories.......It is awful... ...
