Jill~I feel bad for you just starting the long wait, it sucks. I'm glad things went well anf the babes are where they belong. I didn't have any symptoms, as for back pain I have that all the time. But I have had twinges of pain as well, the whole wait I felt different in my abdomen, and had vaginal discharge. I never have that. I guess I'll see.
