... Its worth a go, I am 32 with PCOS and have been on Metformin. We have been TTC for 6 years and have done the clomid thing etc. Anyway... The metformin may make you a bit sick/ diahorrea but the best thing is to gradually up the dose. ie 1 for 1 week, 2 1 week, 3 next week. Thats what my DR did and it helped, I found if I persevered the side effects did go away. not taking... (5 replies)
