... Hi Koren unfortunately it doesnt work everytime and there are probably too many reasons to list, but even the most fertile couple only have about 25% chance of conceiving each month so please dont lose hope. I wish you all the best.

I'm so sorry that the result wasn't what you (and we!) had hoped for! Did you get a beta before your AF came? I think that's probably the only way you'd know for sure if there was an initial fertilization.
