... Tobysgirl- That is classic hypothalamic amenorrhea bloodwork. I can almost guarantee it is related to your weight/exercise/eating habits. If you put on weight the estrogen will come up. Your progesterone is low because you aren't ovulating- no ovulation=no progesterone. How much of an AF did you get after the provera? Was it full on bleeding or just spotting? Luckily...
