... Purplegirl1 I was on clomid for about 2 years. I didn't have any side affects. I also have pcos. Glucophage is a drug that (for reasons unknown to the medical profession) aids in the effect of clomid. I tried both glucophage and clomid. I was not ovulating. ... Hi I am also new to this forum. I found out two days ago that we also have to have IVF due to scared tubes. I am finding this quite hard to accept (shocked & numb) Our next appointment is in Jan to discuss starting treatment asap (arraghh!!)
