... I think that it is a good thing to explore all options as the theory is dizziness and vertigo is caused by another health issue. Let's put it this way if you go for the vertigo therapy, if it doesn't work the worst that happens (I don't say this to trivialize though) is that it makes you feel dizzy and sick for a few days after. ... Hi, Jaddie-- Sounds like BPPV and/or migraine associated vertigo. BPPV can be treated by seeing a vestibular therapist. MAV is usually treated with medicine. See a neurotologist for inner ear testing. Best of luck! Violet (7 replies)
