Re: Lasik dry eyes

I'm about 16 months post-op from Lasik. I had dry eyes (and red) for about a year. It gradually got better. I did notice a big correlation between how tired I was and how dry/red my eyes were. Now, I only get it on rare occassions, usually if I have only gotten a few hours of sleep. Artificial tears helps. I stopped using them about 4 weeks after surgery, unless they were really dry.
