Did PRK 5 weeks ago, still cannot see

I did PRK on left, LASIK on my right eye a year ago.
My right eye vision got bad so I did PRK on top of LASIK.
My vision is still bad...almost same but little better than post LASIK.
(I was about -7.00)

My left eye (did PRK) healed pretty quickly and is perfectly fine now (althought i still see starburst and get dry sometimes)
and when my left eye was healing from PRK, i could get clear vision for few seconds right after i put eye drops. But on my right eye, it does not do that.

Will my vision get better in 2-6 months?
