Sunlight Exposure Post-PRK

I had my PRK done on May 12th, 2012. Better than 20/20 vision and all post-op inspections have been great. The issue is I've forgotten to wear sunglasses a few times in the sun starting at around 2.5 months after surgery. I don't feel like I've done any damage, but I've remembered I was supposed to be wearing sunglasses at all times in sunlight.

-What are the chances that I've done some hidden long-term damage?
-What would I be experiencing if I have?
-What are the issues related to U.V exposure post PRK surgery?
-I do notice morning sensitivity and slight pain some days, could that be related?
