... Hi, I had a similar feeling of blurriness in my left eye which vanished when I went outside. I think it was just my eyes adjusting so if I were you I wouldn't worry. Make sure you use the tear drops regularly because dryness can produce temporary poor vision. I was told to use the tear drops 6-8 times a day for the first week. (10 replies)

... Thanks for the note! Turns out it was a severe case of dry eye. So dry that my eyelid was acting like an ice scraper and every time I blinked my corneal cells were eroding. I am on Restasis now. ... curious if you have found out more about the topography treatment. i too have strange night vision problems for a multitude of reasons but the one consistent suggestions has been topolink lasik which has been performed throughout the world except for the united states. (23 replies)
