... Without sounding mean, I'm glad I'm not the only one :). With regard to the exercises I was advised to do; nothing too strenuous. Just reading as you would, then looking out the window to focus on something and then back to reading (or watching TV). But yeah, I was told that it's my muscles adjusting without the augmentation of spectacles.. Nothing about the suctions.... (6 replies)
