... Hi, I haven't had LASIK myself but there are a number things that are typical for post LASIK surgery. Dry eye is one of them. Many also suffer from different vision problems. Have you started treating your dry eye? Having dry eye will increase the strain on your eyes which might be part of the explanation of your problems.
