Leukemia VERY WORRIED PLEASE HELP

Hi. I am 16 years old and I am a very paranoid person, I worry about everything but this time I feel serious about it. I have a swollen gland under my ear next to my jaw, it hurts when I touch it and it feels weird when I swallow. I also have a swollen groin gland but I am pretty sure that was caused by a bad burn I have on my lower abdomin. I am very nervous that this my be Leukemia or cancer or the lymphnodes. PLEASE RESPOND! I also that a tingly feeling in the right side of my chest and my upper back. PLEASE HELP ME!
